Superheroine Solutions (SHS) is still in our infancy, but it’s never too early to set goals.
Today, with the help of a professional, we identified our short- and long-term goals for the business. They include, amongst others:
1. Enabling our staff to someday rely solely on SHS for income;
2. Secure our first client grant as an official LLC;
3. Use the education and training garnered by our staff to enhance our work (such as our founder pursuing her Master’s in Library and Information Science/Archives Management);
4. Provide internship opportunities for those interested in running their own small businesses, with special emphasis on LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and women/non-binary applicants; and
5. Receive a positive testimonial from a satisfied client.
