Who are we?
Superheroine Solutions (SHS) is a Seattle, WA-based consulting company. We provide services in the fundraising, athletics, and information science spheres.

What are our mission, vision, and values?

A) Mission: Superheroine Solutions provides organizations and individuals with the tools you need to become more accessible, more effective, and more inclusive. We believe in the power of shared human experiences to overcome challenges of any size!

B) Vision:

-Empower individuals, nonprofits, and for-profit companies to reach your goals and achieve your definition of success. We provide guidance back to your mission when needed.

-Elevate women-owned, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ organizations in order to level the playing field. We do this by honoring the web of life that connects us all.

-Educate community members on issues facing minorities through the power of shared human experiences. We achieve this through a commitment to helping you feel seen, heard, and respected.

C) Values:

Accessibility. From technology tools to professional networks, providing access to resources is a core part of what SHS does. We all deserve the tools we need to succeed.

Efficacy. It’s not enough for organizations to be efficient—we also need to be effective. SHS prizes the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) core value of effectiveness by optimizing the resources you already have.

Inclusivity. When everyone has a seat at the table, our organizations are enriched. The goal of moving beyond a white-dominated, male-dominated world fuels SHS in our work.

What are some examples of work we’ve done?
-raising $500,000 in grant funding for Oregon- and Washington-based nonprofits;
-teaching the sport of Irish hurling to incarcerated youth;
-processing archival collections for the Redmond Historical Society.
